Where do I find my tracking number?
In the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our warehouse, and in your account under Orders.
My tracking number is not recognised
New tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to be activated by the carrier. Please try again a little later.
The status has not changed for a few days
This is normal while a parcel is in transit: it is scanned again when it reaches the next sorting centre or passes customs.
